New to this forum and new to Singapore :D

I just relocated here from Hong Kong a couple of days ago and now living near Orchard Road and my office is at Raffles Place. Anyone working/living around these areas for drinks during the week? and dim sums over the weekend?

Cheers,
joyZ

Thanks both for your reply.
Are you from Hong Kong as well or else where in Asia?
Sorry I haven't got a SG phone # yet. Can you leave me a private message with your email address or msn so we can connect? Thanks!

one of the things i miss from studying in the US is my friend's very fresh and very light home-made dimsum. can't find the same elsewhere! maybe i'd get lucky and spot one great dimsum place in singapore... some tips are appreciated and if i can join you in one of your future dimsum trips, i will surely do so.

Oh great. How about we organize to meet on coming Sunday Nov 30 for a dim sum lunch together? I heard the Crystal Jade in Ngee Ann City is quite good. If you're interested, please send me a message to [email protected].

Hi Joyz, I am glad to see so many of them replying to you. It makes life so much more different with friends and people around who cares. I'm not from HK, strictly Singaporean. I do go down to Raffles weekly every Thurs for my meeting in ASO building. We can catch up if you like. Welcome to Singapore!

Cheers,

James (90078548)
