Anyone knows of any upcoming flea markets?

Post by jaqztrendyconnexion » Sat, 15 Nov 2008 11:46 am

HI ya peepz!

Anyone knows of any upcoming flea markets? We are kinda new in these and would like to find out more..

If we would like to sell something in the flea market,
1. who should we contact?
2. How much will be the rental fee involve?
3. What are the opening hours?

We are interested in selling women's clothings/apparels... :D

Hopefully anyone will be able to enlighten us.

Thks!

Best Regards,
June

I have a couple of people who are interested to join the flea market too. I think most importantly is the location & rental fee. Please update if any. Thanks :D

There's one coming up at Blk 626 Ang Mo Kio Ave 4 on 28 Dec, Sun. It's only $5 per stall. Would have to call the RC Office at Blk 624 @ 6458 8409 for more info.

Good luck!

Go to http://www.fleaalot.com. They have already organised plenty of flea markets this year.

The next famous one would be at China Square. Once you reach China Square, go to level 2 and you will come across this shop called, "Viewpoint Trading". They are the organisers of a flea market every Sunday. The rates at China Square is $45 per Sunday. You will get 2 tables and 2 chairs. The bad thing is, you have to book 4 Sundays in advance.

Hope this helps. Cheers...

Tanglin Mall is an option worth considering. The traffic there is good on weekends. If I'm not wrong, the fees are $75 per day, per lot.

Cheers...

Fees for Tanglin Mall is $85 now & with more restrictions. Previously, you can sell any 2nd hand items but now only strictly on 2nd hand fashionwear, bags, accessories or shoes. :(

I wonder how is the traffic for China Square or is it covered area?

I read from another forum that there is rather good crowd for Holland V flea market though but noone knows how to apply for it.

Is your flea the playground at bigsplash? I read that response is quite poor for it.

I'm doing my 2nd flea at Tanglin Mall this Saturday, hopefully can clear most of my stuff! :)
