Postby eightyseventhree » Fri, 14 Nov 2008 7:46 am

Hi,

Have u experienced this,
You are no longer working in company, but company hasn't canceled your s-pass to 2 or 3 months ahead.

Is it legal or illegal?
How's ur residential status in this case....

Thanks

Hmm...not cancel..thats the fault on employers responsibilities.. Sometimes when we got rejected, it might not be because of our inadequate qualification/experience but slight mistake made by the person in charge filling up the application for you.
