hi there
i'm a local dentist so i might be able to offer you some advice.

well you gotta check first if your dental degree is recognised in singapore.
this can be done by contacting the singapore dental council.

If you are not given a practising certificate, you might still choose to work in any of the dental related fields in singapore, eg: in research in an institution, as spokesman / research / promoters with dental companies.

Dentist trained as Clinical coder

Post by gaya.barany05 » Wed, 03 Dec 2008 5:55 pm

Hi,

I am a Indian Dentist who is now trained in Clinical coding and work currently in India (Chennai). Since my hubby's work involves yearly stints in countries like US, I decided to get trained in this clinical coding (Medical coding). Now, my hubby is in Singapore and wish to settle their as PR.

I would also be looking for a job as clinical coder or any dental related in Singapore ... Not sure about the availability of jobs out their now. Last month there were few vacancies though....

May be you could also do this if you are interested. This requires few months of training and preferably exp on clinical coding in an hospital or BPO Health care company..

Hi gf,
I'm an Indian currently stationed at Singapore. I'm thinking of getting my braces done in India sometime in May this year and would like to know if there are dentists in Singapore who would be able to help with the follow up sittings. Do you know much the follow up sittings cost on an average. Could you pls reply to me at [email protected]
Thanks a lot
