Hi all, i would like to know is health supplement an appealing product in singapore? From what i have observed, GNC and shops which selling health supplement is getting more and more. So i would like to know how is the market of that in singapore?

The other question is...what kind of people need health supplement?

that depends.. firstly do those advertised products really work? there are a lot of overhyped products.

secondly there are various types of health supplements. one is really for health - gingko, omega 3 etc. the other type would be for those gym goers looking to build size/strength/performance.

it really depends on what you want to do with supplementation?
