i am just over 70KGs. Not huge not small. Ideally i would lik to loose approx 10-12kgs. BMI of about 22-23
I work out 3 times a weeks at weights & run for 20mins a day. eat healthy 5 days a week .. and drink and eat badly at weekend

If I start reductil what should i expect in one month, all I read on sites is 4lbs .. which i could do by cutting my alcohol out .. which is not an option for my social life!
Everyone one on the site seems to be looking for that 45-50kg weight which is so not western woman weight.
Any advice for western female?
