Post by mc3art » Thu, 06 Nov 2008 11:10 am

Dear All,
Currently I working in Malaysia for a year, I am Indonesian.
and just get a job in Singapore as junior IT consultant.

My total related experience is about 4yr, and they offering my salary in range of P2 Pass.
this company is new registered company in singapore and I will be the first employee of them.

Do you think that i can get this EP ? Since I need to resign before EP get approved.

Your advice is very appreciated.

First of all, anything is possible.

Secondly, you do not have to resign your old job first. You will get an IPA letter first (In principle approval). Once you've got that then you can burn your bridges if you want. Always try to leave you last employer properly so you DON'T burn any bridges. You may want to return to them sometime in the future.
