Hi! I am a single female singaporean and have been living out on my own for the past 4 years. Last year I was cheated of my money and so have been living at a friend's sister's temporarily. I am quite ready to move out and rent a room.
The room does not need to be furnished or airconditioned as I have my own electricals. If anyone has one to rent on the cheap for $200/month, please let me know. Anywhere in the South/Central area where the unit is shared with other tenants is also alright with me provided I have the room to myself. Am a private person and not a party-animal. (I'd rather have parties outside!)
