i've searched high and low for it, too, but in the end settled for a similiar equipment (same functions, plus bottle/food jar warmer, too) called Petit Terraillon All-in-One Food Processor. It's available at Takashimaya, Kiddy Palace, Metro, although sometimes they run out of stock and don't always have it available. Check it out. The other option would be to buy online and have it shipped over here via vpost. Shipping will take about 2-4weeks, and costs around $100, according to the vpost estimate calculator.

it might be better to order from amazon.co.uk instead of united states. the voltage and plug will match.

Philips Avent makes a very similar equipment that is available here and costs S$199 (less in a sale). It works very well and our baby loves the outcome.
