baby Centipedes

Hii all ... when i moved into my new place..the ex-owner left me some nice plants..its been 5 months now..and there are small baby centipedes coming out of those plants..its really freaking cos i have kids at home..so i have closed my windows that are facing the plants..and i am going to throw them away...

however,,any idea why there are Pedes in the plants ?? :???:

first of all, centipedes commonly lay eggs in soil. life span up to few year of an adult sometimes up to 6 years.

i would suggest to throw them away, or to engage pest controller.

In addition to the single link provided by our friend canely1983, there are about 7 or 8 additional pest control services on my links page as well should you decide that you need to go that direction.

Thanks SMS.. but I threw all the plants away cos I have kids at home.and wouldnt want to take the chance of having the slimy one crawling into our house. Anyways, was quite a waste cos I had 2 beautiful bamboo trees that gave the home a little resort feel.
