need info on my way up to university

i'm a student right now..still have a long way to go.. anyway, it'll be pretty helpful if these questions could be answered..
i'm curious about the figure degree holders(not very sure bout wad these r,but basically those who r fresh frm university) r recieving now...
and wad would the pay be like after say,5-10years?
which is the highest paid job for a degree holder?
what is the difference between a overseas cert and a local (singapore) cert?
and wad does it take to further my qualifications to a master degree?
