Felixtwp - what time is your slot? Mine's 3pm...think I will just take 1/2 day from work and go down...though I will have to explain why I'm so nicely dressed. Damn it. hmmm....

Anyone with Chinese A1 and still not called up? PM me if you're not comfy with posting here.

Chinese A1 and Higher Chinese A1, and no call. Wonder if it is because the application was only mailed out 1 day before closing date and it arrived late, or something.

Hi Felixtwp - good luck to you! Yes, it;s holiday inn parkview - the one next to Starhub centre.

The problem I have is that I usual dress very slack to work - so for me to go into work in the morning and be very well dressed, surely my colleagues will be left wondering....

Lindyhoppe - Hmmm... did you post it regular mail or registered? I went down to Airport to submit it at the post office itself on the 14th, and the post master said that if they were not collecting it that day itself - they would collect on Monday. Well, do you think you would have the guts to call up BA at the number listed above and ask them about your application?

Guess if you mail it out before 5pm, it should reach the following day.

i didnt expect them to call me just now...

anyone @ 430pm 2nd Dec? now praying hard for 1 of my gf to get their call too....

actually i went to their interviews many yrs back - the test was really hard and the interviewer spoke really fluent chinese, like china native.. which makes me shiver and very conscious of how i reply her...

furthermore, lately im required to contact some China media people via email at work...and i already have problems expressing myself!!! shucks!

is this the nemesis of my itching fingers writing to them... haiz...

hi chateau_d_liz

i sent my application on the 12th Nov via normal post. Have you gotten their call? I just have a feeling that they do try to call almost every applicant. (im not very eligible... )

Since they are so strict in their requirements, they will need more people in order to qualify that few creme of the crop...

im sure u will get ur call very very soon babe. update us here!!

Hi mintia,
heez it's the same in my workplace too. Like today, i'm in tee-shirt, denim jeans and adidas sneakers! Even the managers are wearing like that :) i suggest you either take full day leave or bring out your formal wear to change into.. plus the make-up pouch as well? Heavy heavy - i know it's gonna be tiring!

Thank you for the information on the post master. Noted :)
