Which would be the best place to buy PC games and IT related books ?

Do not prefer playing games that much so cant help you in this matter, as regards to books I think a good online store would be firstandsecond.com which has some extensive resources of quality books and you should get the IT related ones without any problems.

Funan centre for both. Plenty of shops for games there and there's a big IT book store on the 4th floor. ( not exactly sure which floor or where but it's been there for years and i was in there just the other day)

For old IT books go to the basement of Sim Lim Tower ( NOT Sim Lim Square ) right near the escalator.

if you are looking for 2nd hand I.T books, do check out bras brasah complex, esp level 2 and 3. there are a few shops that sells lots of 2ndhand I.T books.

If for latest new I.T books, Best place would be Funnan Centre.
