ya, having a proper good diet plan will show results. but not many ppl can control their diet. that's the sad thing.

but if after slimming down, who will want to ruin it as it all cost. my cousin pay to slim down and she's maintaining it. she control her diet very well. she does not eat much now, as she said the acupunture will treat her appetite smaller. i guess its true coz i dun see her eating much now too. she reali success to slim down after saying for so long. good to see her getting more confident.

there is less need to control your diet as stringently if she did resistance training and HIIT - good nutrition is still important, not that you can junk. but reduction in calories is generally not a good idea

Sorry to say, but I personally think that is really bad advice. You seem to say that it doesn't matter if you are morbidly obese as long as you are comfortable with it personally. :???:

Even if they ARE comfortable with it, they should still get rid of it for their health's sake. Obesity will kill you.
That has not to be true - the obesity to a certain extent is not unhealthy! Just because in our society we have to meet a certain bodymass index - that is not healthy for everybody

You should have just stayed quiet before you looked silly as you do now. Dow you have any idea of the difference between "overweight" and "obese"

I think you need to put BMI into Google and maybe read and learn something before spouting rubbish here.
