If you are interested in a non-live in maid, I can recommend mine to you. She is a Chinese Singaporean lady who just comes in for a few hours a week, does her thing and leaves. I've been using her services for 2 years now, and am very happy with her. She is a little selective of her clients though, as she relies on public transport to get around. pm me if you are interested!

Hello aussiemeg,
Is your former maid still available? I can't PM you yet as I have not made sufficient posts being new to the board.
Thanks.

Hi, I am also in search of a maid. If anyone has a referral I would be interested in getting some info. Thanks!
What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about?

Hiring maid or nanny

Do you think is more advisable to hire a maid to take care of your child or send your child to nanny to take care?
Last post
It'd definitely be more convenient to get a live-in helper, but it will probably make your child more dependent on him or her. Not to say that he/she...

MOM approving Maid application for expats?
First post
Hi, starting this thread to see if expat applications are getting approved for hiring FDW.
Do share your approvals or rejections, any queries here....

It seems many employers are giving helpers higher pay to retain them as helpers are getting competing offers from expats. Is this okay with MOM?...
