Playgroup for 16 mths old

Post by soniarai » Tue, 21 Oct 2008 2:34 am

Hi all ( I am trying this again, my messages are not being posted..arggh)

Originally am from Singapore but have lived in the US for the past 6 yrs and currently we are in India. I have a 16 month old daughter and am looking to make other mommy friends. I wll be visting Singapore from 9th nov to 21st dec and was wondering if my toddler could meet other toddlers. Its so hard to make friends in Asia. no one wants to TALK!! So am desperate for my child to interact with someone her age!

Wanna make friends..
Sonia

Is there that much difference between a 13 month old and a 16 month old? :o Will you start racially and gender dividing them next? Do the kids in the 13 month group get thrown out when they become 14 or 15 months old? Why not just combine the two groups! Strange people I must admit......... By Christmas all the kids in the original 13 month group won't be allowed there anymore.

Of course all are welcome! Subjects like tat "playgroup for 16 mth" does not mean that its strictly for 16 mths.. the more the merrier...

my email add is [email protected]

I have already emailed Laura and another mom. Kristyna, I would email you soon. Diana, whats your email add? Lets meet up! Even I am done without any friends and I am sure my baby too wants friends of her age. I wll be in Singapore on 9th Nov. Am excited about this..finally going to meet ppl of my age.. (In the area where we are, mostly are senior residents.. )

Yeah, true... wednesday is ok while it's a bit hard to go anywhere on monday. Unfortunately it seems like the rainy season has just started...
For me ideal time to meet is about 10 am.I'd even come earlier if anybody can manage too.
