Not confused by your post, confused that you'd broadcast such ugly ideas so publicly. You really think when you refer to your maid that way people would actually help you hire another one?

:x ok ok .. i am just frustrated... that a Punjabi cant even cook her own Punjabi food.. I always thought that girls from there cook well ..but mine cant even put proper Masala, Salt and Chilli inside the food. :( I have tried teaching but I am not 100 % an expert that I can cook so many dishes my self. :(

Then why don't you send her to a cooking class instead of calling her dumb? Or ask more questions in the hiring process instead of assuming an entire ethnic group can cook well? I feel very sorry for her, not for you.

My dear Friend, its not good to make assumptions..and you dont need to feel sorry for me as I have not lost anything.

Just to make your doubts clear :

1) In the hiring process, I always ask lots of questions so that I dont end up paying $ 1200 of agency fees and get a blunder. This girl I got ,she has been in SIngapore for 2 years before working for me. Also, In the biodata before you get a Indian girl in to Singapore...its always written " Can cook .,..blah blah blah .... :-|

When she came here,,I trained her up for 3 months..Mind you thats a long time for a experienced maid ok. half the time I am end up doing the cooking...

- advises and suggestions are given umpteen times
-Always advise to write on paper or ask if not sure...many many countless times...
-I cant find any place where they can offer affordable cooking classes in Punjabi food.

-Maid is here with me for 5 mths.. but planning to go on home leave already cos she wants to get married.. her fiance is back in her home town ...

Now tell me who you feel sorry for... I have done my part as a good employer ....also,I am not getting salary here to help my maid in half her chores!!!!!!!!
Always have a smile on that face!
