i understand you go the agent, tell the agent, buy the air ticket, break the news to the house help and fetch her to the airport.
some singaporeans don't break the news to the help until the day she's due to leave; this prevents them from running away (and forfeiting the bond).
there could be some steps i've omitted, but heck, that's what i know...
p/s: i wouldn't care about the case unless there's a court order preventing her from leaving singapore.
coz she'd probably have given her statement to the police already so the judge can deliberate without her presence.

I think there is just way too much going on for us to really give you advice momeen. I think you should gather all your paperwork together on her, bring a good book and go down to MOM. Take a number and speak to a real, live person there. This situation is complicated.

Yes, but then she has to leave within a few days and she can't because of a 'case' that's pending....

i don't think that case will matter too much unless she's forbidden to leave the country by the court.
the prosecution office/police probably told her to stick around for their convenience.
at least, i hope that's what it is, coz i've heard of house helps leaving the country with such "pending cases."

i agree with visiting the MOM in person. i did that when figuring out how to bring my old helper with me and they were super helpful - gave me absolutely all the information i needed and the processing went through no problem. if you go first thing in the morning when they open you'll be in and out really quickly.

Contact the maid's embassy and see what they say. I know the Indonesian embassy has plenty of maids (usually around 50) staying there while waiting for cases to come up and will let her stay there until it's finished. The other embassies should have similar facilities.

I can't speak for all embassies, but the things the Philippine embassy says to it's own citizens is shameful. They are treated like chattel by their own country.
