Well these are the links to the soap making classes in Singapore
Link 1 (this is a soap making workshop run by a korean lady, there are two types of melt and pour soap (one with SLS and the other without. The one without has another chemical substituting it, I think it is something called ALS) - you will require at least 4 participants before they will start a class.
