Hey there,

My aunt had severe constipation for 5 days which we managed to cure with this simple home remedy, no harm in trying it yrself too. Quick, easy and INEXPENSIVE :D

Cut a tomato in half and scoop out the seeds. Fill the tomato cup just over half way with olive oil and enjoy! Try doing this just before going to bed for a couple of nights. It should help you out.

no offense but if I were to try that, it'll feel it'll come out the other end...

How's this for crazy? Beer and chocolate ice cream.

You can also try pineapples, it should also work very well.

Drinks lots of water and juicy fruits will help a lot.

It may sound silly but I'll visit ntuc. I don't know why but I always get the 'feeling' when I'm there. Haha!

Serious note, try a glass of water and papaya first thing in the morning. It works for me. Do take note of your diet. Include more fruits and vegetables.

common cause of constipation are not enough fiber in the diet, not enough liquids, lack of physical activity, medications, ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement, problems with colon and rectum, and although people may feel relief when they use laxatives, typically they must increase the dose over time because the body grows reliant on laxatives in order to have a bowel movement. As a result, laxatives may become habit-forming.
Various strain of good bacteria , lactobacillus acidophilus, have shown to be effective in alleviating constipation

Aloe Vera supplements pills works!!
I have irritable bowel, thus I take Acidphollis when I'm having tummy ache and aloe Vera when constipated.

If nothing else, try fruits
Like papaya and banana.
