you don't want your friend to be the first person to be caught with whatever psychotropic substances that may or may not be legal in singapore.
knowing the singapore system, the have broad legislation in place to cover such situations/substances or they'll pin something else on him like cyber porn or un-stickered videos or chewing gum.
he'll be sentenced in court the next day, get caned with long hard sticks, have to squat in jail for half his life before being released and ostracized by society.
he spend the rest of his life living in a cardboard box and never be able to complete sentences ever again due to exposure to jail singlish. did i mention keloids will scar his bum and cause undesirable itching?
okay, so i guess what i'm tryina say is: DON'T DO IT!!! (not in singapore anyway)
