We are a group of tertiary students from the National University of Singapore who are currently researching on the house rental industry via online means in Singapore. The objective of this survey is to understand consumers' perception towards online housing rental services and their receptivity towards "online housing agent". In addition, we would like to understand the possibility of increasing the number of complementary services for house rentals.
