bring yourself and the kid to a doctor; samples will be taken and sent it to the lab.

i'm not sure if you can just walk into a lab and expect the genetic test done.

there are plenty of mailing options too which are much cheaper than using the labs here I should expect. You'll find heaps if you Google/search the web.

Currently no laboratories in Asia are able to offer DNA paternity testing. you just have to try google. Good luck.

Um, obviously some lab in SG does DNA testing. This 16 year old girl's rapist was identified that way:

Yeap, you are right, but HSA costs twice of almost all DNA paternity services in Singapore. And not all Singaporeans are extremely wealthy forking 1000+ minimum for such a service.
