care to share some insights on effective measures to tone tums & sums. most stubborn spots ;)

For tums, try sit-ups, they really tone your abs and make them look really good. Do 50 a day for starters. Also try twisted sit-ups, to tone your side muscles on the stomach. For bums, jogging is good exercise. You can also do dancing, that tones your legs and bum really well, or just any kind of sports where you have to run, really. The most important thing is to drink loads, and also eat healthy.

Sit-up went out about 20 years ago as it was found to be extremely bad for your lower back. :roll:

I think cycling and swimming will be best option for making bums in shape
