I dont know about the nature friendly part. Alot of the spas here are 'city spas'. Good hotels also have their own spa so you might like to check those out too. Some shopping malls like Paragon also have a few. You might like to try around and see which places you like best depending on the services and facilities.

Which reminds me that I need to hit the spa...my back arrgh. Body massages can become addictive. Once you start its like you feel more aches and need to go often. :-)

hi annmarie28

what is your budget like?
i've heard of this place called SpaBoutique...it's in Orchard....Nassim Road, just a small road behind the new 1 Nassim Road shopping mall/centre.

It's a bungalow. I'd like to try it one day, one of my students just started her internship there. You can check out the website here [ww.spaboutique.com.sg]

I think the prices are quite reasonable.

Its does look temping, might give it a go sometime.

Its true some places try to sell you packages and their products. But now I've learnt how to say no.

Would love to suggest the place i used to work but sadly, its pricy and not much of a nature friendly place.. but !!!

Theres only one place that i will go often.

Aramsa Spa.
It is located in Bishan Park itself.
Clean, Fresh and of cuz experienced therapist.
If you really want a good deep tissue massage i suggest you request for JOJO as she's strong.
But for relaxing massages , try Joanne. Joanne's young. Cant tell you her actual age if not she will kill me but I always request for her because she's friendly and her strength is soft to medium pressure.
Just what I need.

They don't hard sell you but will promote their promos to you.

Oh and fyi - its a garden spa.

Hope this helps !
