Quick questions about condos

Just a couple things I've noticed while condo hunting. I realize all condos are different so I was just wondering about the "norm" there.

1. I see alot of built in wardrobes but are closets common?
2. Are there places for a washer\dryer in the units or do the buildings have a laundry room?
3. Why does everything come furnished? We want to bring our own stuff so can we have a furnished apt emptied?

in my aptmt.. you have a small balcony next to the kitchen which has washin m/c and place to dry...

it actually depends on de owner..some may give it without the furnishings...
but they normally dont cos it gets them more rental ...
