Can kindly share the rates now for this place for a 3+1 or a 4+1 as I have various quotes which are priced as different as 1.5K difference for the same area size.

I have being quote $4800 for a 4+1 and a 3+1 ??? I am so confused. Both partial furnished.

Rates are dependent on the owners, not the condo management.

We stay at GardenVista. Pay 5500 for 3 bedroom. But we moved in last year.
