don't google. go to a medical book store (or the medical area of book stores) and look up oncology. you will probably need more accompanying references because even specialists study a few books at time to make sense of things.

for face-to-face, pay $20 to visit your local GP for a good priming. i strongly suggest you volunteer your time in hospices if you want to know the human side of cancer. there're a few in singapore - this you may google.

Perhaps you can try looking into acupuncture. I have witnessed people with cancer being cured without chemo nor surgery. Of course, such highly skilled acupuncturist is very rare and do not usually land themselves in organized bodies. And if they are really good, they do not need to charge patient money, since cured patients would gladly do so, sometimes devoting their life to helping the doctor.

My understanding is that modern medicine treats cancer with regards to the symptom mainly, such as the tumor, not the source of the problem. Maybe that is why the cure rate is so low.

The Chinese concept of the meridian channel identifies the source of the toxic and provides early detection before the cancer cell forms along the affected channel. And if you remove the tumor from a particular part of your body, the toxic that still resides in your body, can still manifest as another cancer along the meridian channel if you subject yourself to further bodily input of toxic.

I believe there is already a cure, just that perhaps, politics play a part in denying it to the public. A wild speculation, but it is highly possible. Nonetheless, people should not be denied their health and life just because they cannot afford the treatment from existing medical organizations.
