the fitness centres' classes are reliable, i join california fitness (because of the price) but i've tried planet fitness too, it's good too.

is i treally kickboxing or more like kickbox aerobic. Do you wear gloves, bandages and a mouthprotection and are you fighting?

You can try the ones offered by Singapore Sports Council under the Learn-to-Play scheme.

You can choose the area that you're living in and find the nearest location.

I went before and it's quite fun. Not necessarily do you need gloves and all that, it's just a matter of fitness and applying kickboxing techniques to the steps. Get's you sweating good enough though.

There are normally 12 sessions. The one I took was on every Saturday, 12 sessions for $65.

will try this, but I am more looking for a real kickboxing class (Sparring etc) and no Kickbox aerobic ...

There seems to be a class over at IRAS on Thompson/Newton RD - maybe ask there? C

Hi, may be you can check out California Fitness as I believe they have similar class call JC Boxercise. Besides, they also offer personal training on boxing / Thai boxing.

However, be smart when talk to their sales consultant. Some of them can be quite pushy to get sales. :wink:
