located in bukit timah. "nearest" MRT will be bukit batok.

that's an incredible site!

although are the mrt travel times correct?

e.g. I typed in serangoon to novena. via MRT it's saying 19 minutes. Is that actually possible?

Sure, but you have to factor in all the other stuff. Getting to the MRT station, swiping, going up to the platform, waiting for the MRT... It adds up pretty quick.
