CV advice, please

Post by NoBob » Sat, 04 Oct 2008 10:01 pm

Hi,

Anyone any tips on recommended types of CV/resume to be sent on spec directly to companies, rather than recruitment agencies, in Singapore, or perhaps any useful links to Singaporean-CV/resume-writing info web pages?

Thanks.

Bud, if you're brain dead about how to write a CV, exactly what do you have to recommend you for a job?

Did you read my post? I didn't ask about writing CVs in general. I'm looking for some culturally-specific advice on writing a CV for *Singaporean* firms. I've already looked at profile-led, functional, straight-in CVs. Why get insulting ('brain dead'), too?

So, Bob... you're an expat that wants to go to work for a local firm... a Singaporean firm you said? Just checking.
