Hi there,
I will move from Hong Kong to Singapore in mid Jan. Am considering moving most furnitures/stuffs as well. Considering my future SIN residence will be substantially smaller than my current one, I may only need half of a container. Anyone moving around the same time period and is interested in sharing one container?

Removal companies don't usually charge by the container, usually by volume unless of course you are hiring the container yourself then trying to split it is worth the effort.

It wll depends on what pass are u holding when u come to Singapore as there is a duration of your stay in Singapore if you are looking for a job in while you are in Singapore. Moreover, you will need to leave the country first before the work permit is issued to you. It would be better for you to look for a job when you are in hk and confirm with the work permit before u come to Singapore.
