anyone heard of hydroxycut and how it helps to lose weight?

curbs appetite, speeds up metabolism etc... google it, lots of info
tried it out early this yr, controlled my diet and exercised, managed to drop from 85 to 76kg... but been greedy recently, back up to 79kg now :P

Like most diet pills, there are side effects. Proper eating habits and not the introduction of pills that are not good for you in the long term is the secret. But who am I to say......... I know what worked for me.

i took hydroxycut with nanox9 , i lost more than 20kg and helped me to have lean muscles when i workout.
but similar to aadvark, i stopped working out and and now not tone, and gain back 2kg

I must say that its quite useful. about one week odd, ppl actually commented i lost alot of weight and asked wat did i do.

But im not sure abt its long term effects.. anything artificial in the long run wun be gd i guess.. but im so addicted to it.. im still eating nasi lemak n kfc... but i workout alot, so i guess it helps... but im happy that my abs are showing....

its useful, but the important thing is diet then workout then supplements.
