Can anyone please tell me the definition of "common-law spouse"??
I understand you need "A letter from the EP holder's embassy confirming the status of his/her common-law marriage to the applicant in their country" when applying for LTVP.
But how can you get one if "common-law spouse" doesnt exist in the EP holder's country like UK?
If anyone has done it, can you please advise how??

You need 5 posts before your send function will activate (sort of an anti-spammer mechanism).

Cathgotmail,
Welcome to the forum, a little bit of advice, posting the same question over many threads is frowned upon as it hard for posters to know where to post. So be prepared to see a few of your posting to be deleted.
