Hi, I am kinda newbie here, and I plan to come to work in SG soon.

I should have come to this forum earlier, then probably I should apply for LPR rather than EPEC...just wondering if my EPEC is already approved, is it possible to apply LPR later on?

I got an MA degree in Communication Management from US, had previous corporate communication (coordination, public relation, etc) working experience in China. Not in the hot category of IT or engineering, so I am also wondering the probability of getting my LPR approved, as I have to go for that through SMC.

Really appreciate any kind suggestions.

You can try to go for the LPR, it will give you far more leverage than EPEC, but keep in mind that LPR is not that easy to get (you would need to be at least some top recognized university grad), and takes few months to get it, and costs quite some cash as well. Anyways, you don't have to pay anything to enquirer SMC about the possibility of getting the LPR, and you can figure the rest out as you go.
