Well the long and short of it is.... "Nope" that's it.

Unless you are involved in some horrible accident the chances of your height changing is pretty small.

What will change is your waist size

If its any consolation by the time you hit your 30s you will have more important things to worry about, mortgages, bills, etc.

By the time you are 40s you will probably laugh at yourself for wasting so much of your early life worrying about being short.

Go and stand around the F1 drivers, Jockeys, astronauts, Van damm etc. you will notice most of them are really short.

I had a 6ft plus girl friend and she hated being tall, grass is always greener

Hey QRM, I had one of them as well many many moons ago! She was 72" tall and I was only 67" tall. We used to have a good time with others who saw us as strange. We just tell 'em we're the same height when lying down.

So we spend a lot of time that way. Was great dancing slow dances though, I have to admit. :P

i would be a bit suspect of a 7.2" female. just need to check between the legs to make sure the gender is correct. :P

my wife's 1.56 and older than you and i'm perfectly fine with that. you need to go find activities to boost your own confidence.

i'm sorry but being short isn't your problem if you're 22, and you want to become taller due to people teasing you.

there're painful and unorthodox surgical procedures you can undergo in china or europe that can make you grow a coupla centimeters.

you WILL also run the risk of infection and death, as well as spend a life time paying those medical bills off.

and there's no guarantee you will feel better after growing taller either.

a healthy fulfilling social life is much cheaper and effective way to go about solving your "height" problem.

just tellin it like it is. don't be hatin!

Hi there, don’t worry about being short. You know what? I used to worry a lot, too, I’m only like 164 cm tall, and that’s quite short, but then I started cheerleading and I was really annoyed because I wanted to be a flyer but I couldn’t, and I had to be a base, and all the flyers were under 160 cm tall, so sometimes being short is really great!

haha. im not going to add to the short is good, be happy with yourself thing. though i think my 6'2" bf loves my height (5'2"). i would love to grow another 2cm. just for contrast, my younger sister is 5'10" with legs that goes on forever. but i'll live. happily.

try yoga and pilates. its suppose to help align ur spine and posture and some people see some "growth" due to it cause of the better posture. if im not wrong jennifer anniston was one commonly cited example. 2inch or something. thats major.
