No need to worry at all. I went through all that and now I'm fine. 2 weeks after the surgery I still looked like a freak, I screwed up and thought my nose looked weird, the nose distorted my face feature, the bridge was too high, the tip was too high bla bla. I cried like hell because I thought I made the wrong decision. But now it is 2 months post op and everything is good, the swelling has subsided, the bridge looks natural and all that.
So advice for you and all who's doing nose job: calm down and be patient. It is natural that you will feel frustrated after the ops and think " omg why the hell did I do this, I've made the wrong decision". Wait for at least 1 month and you will see things will change.
Haha thanks for the info Gucci_Gucci!
The nose is getting better day by day, but i kinda have an indian nose now, like those bollywood actresses nose. But i'm chinese! Its a pretty nose, but it takes a while to get used to it haha.

Hey guys i have been thinking about going to tokai clinic for the following procedures:

1) Endoscopic brow lift
2) Brow Bone burring (grinding down of the brow bone)
3) Upper eyelid surgery
4) Lateral canthoplasty

I am a 22 year old caucasian male with ugly super masculine features. I want to look very pretty and boyish and kinda androgynous. I also want to look somewhat asian. I have really droopy eyes and want uptilted eyes like the beautiful asians have.

Tokai clinic good at doing eyes?

You might also want to check out: http://www.pai.co.th/ and email Dr Preecha for more info on Facial Feminization Surgeries. He is one of the leading doctors in that field.

By the way, I don't think doctors in Thailand do epicanthoplasty... (I could be wrong though...)

feline.eyes is right on the money ^^ Almost no thai docs do epicantho/lateral.
Dr Preecha is famous for this sort of surgery, although he can be quite expensive

You guys are right lol. He doesnt even seem to know what a lateral canthoplasty even IS! Here is my e-mail from him:

The estimate price for surgery are as follow;

1) endoscopic brow lift = USD 1,800.
2) brow ridge burring (grinding)

Ans. I don't think this procedure can accompany with endoscopic brow lift well but with standard forehead operation (include forehead lift and brow lift). (USD 2,300)
3) upper eyelid surgery= USD 600-800. This procedure may not need if you have standard forehead operation in #2.
4) lateral canthoplasty ; what is your purpose for this procedure?
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,
Dr. Pat

I guess thai docs dont do lateral canthoplasty because most asians already have uptilted eyes....i hate being caucasian. v.v

Depends on your budget and what you are comfortable with, maybe you can consider doing the facial feminization surgery in Thailand; they are really great with that, tons of experience. You can then head to Taiwan for your eyelid surgery and lateral epicanthoplasty. It might be slightly more expensive but it really is quite doable, no where near exorbitant. If you get both procedures done by the same doctor together, the price will be about 1500 SGD.

Are eyelid surgery and lateral epicanthoplasty very popular procedures in Taiwan? Who in Taiwan is really good at doing the lateral canthoplasty?

Could i fly to Thailand, get the brow lift and brow bone burring then fly to Taiwan days later and get the eyelid and lateral epicanthoplasty? Like...can these procedures be done right after the other?

I am asking because i am comming from the United States and dont want to make multiple trips. It would be cheaper for me to go from the US to thailand to taiwan then back to the US than it would for me to return to the US from thailand then go to taiwan and back to the US again.

If there is a surgeon in Taiwan who is good at the lateral canthoplasty AND can do all the other procedures i want (upper eyelid surgery, brow lift, brow bone burring) i may just go to taiwan if the prices are low.

I have $6200 USD to spend on this whole thing....including airfare and hotel cost. That translates to a little more than $9400 SGD. I will most likely have to spend around $1500 USD (about 2300 SGD) on airfare and other travel and hotel cost alone. So that leaves me with $4700 USD or about $7300 SGD to spend on the actual surgery itself unless i can find a cheaper airline and or hotel.

1500 SGD (or $950 USD) seems like a very good price for upper eyelid surgery and lateral canthoplasty together. That would leave me with $5800 SGD to spend on the brow lift and brow bone burring (after travel and hotel are taken out as well).

You may also try Dr Suporn @ http://supornclinic.com/Welcome.html
His specialisation is face feminisation, although he is a bit more expensive, but he takes complete care of his patients, airport pickup, hotel etc.
Lots of europeans among his clientele, so he knows caucasion features.
But take care he stays off your private parts, haha.

Yes, they are fairly popular procedures in Taiwan and some of the doctors are very experienced and have been doing it for quite some time. From my own experience, the doctors somehow seem more adapt at stitching up and that can be fairly important when it comes to eyelid surgeries. For eyelid related surgeries, incisions are mostly done on areas that aren't hidden, so good stitching will result in minimum scarring.

You can read up on some of the doctors in the Taiwan thread. Some good things have been said about Artwood and Wish clinic for eyelid related surgeries.

In my opinion, I think going to Taiwan first for eyelid surgeries and then to Thailand for facial bone surgeries might sound more logical but PLEASE email both doctors for professional advice. Tell them exactly what your plans are and what you intent to do with each doctors and ask them for the best way to work things out and which surgeries to do first and if you need to wait for some time before the next operation.

You can try emailing Wish clinic for a quote. I am not hundred percent certain but I think he might be offering all those services. You can also check out Miniface for facial bone surgeries but he can cost a pretty penny even though he is great at what he does. Taiwan is great but might cost a bit more than Thailand. So think about it, email the doctors, think about the budget and see what the best course of action might be.

All the websites/clinics mentioned are listed on the very first post of the Taiwan thread. Good luck (^_^)
