Hi,

Someone is working in Singapore (SG) on EP and is visiting home country for vacation. For some reason, this person does not want to go back to Singapore to work and wishes to resign. Can the person resign from abroad? Can the Employment Pass be surrendered in the SG embassy abroad or by post to MoM? Will there be any problems doing this, if the person wants to go back to SG in future?
