My purpose is to seek professional advice from those who has successful working experience in hotel, and to share any in-depth on the industry, as I would like to enter the field.
My limited background in hotel will be brought up for discussion but I believe customer service experience is essential in this highly guests demand based industry. I have the skill and being a people person by nature I enjoy pleasing people to find self satisfaction.
I have good working experience in providing personal administrative and secretarial supports to American CEO. I am good at handling high maintenance clients, and am open to moving to other places.
