Visa for a PR spouse

Hello all,

I have some questions for the following scenario: a Singapore PR gets married with a foreigner in Singapore.
I’d like to know what kind of visa the foreigner spouse can get to stay legally in Singapore. Can this person become a PR? What are the conditions?
