Any good Preschool in Telok Blangah/Harbour Front area?

Post by metroguy » Thu, 25 Sep 2008 10:44 am

Hi,

It's time for my 3-yr old to join a Preschool. Is there any good preschool in Telok Blangah/Harbour Front area? It doesn't matter if it's Local or International as long as it can recognize individual talent and nurture accordingly.

Looked at Eton @ Outram, pretty impressive albiet pricey, but a little far from my place and they don't have any transport from my area.

Any input is appreciated.

Cheers!

Our daughter had a great experience at Learning Vision at NUS. They have a site at Biopolis. Not sure how close that might be for you.

Thanks for the reply Boffenl!

I've checked out their branch Learning Vision @ Work, Bukit Merah. It was good. I have also looked at Modern Montessori International @ Bukit Merah. Unfortunately, both of them are in office buildings. Didn't quite like the environment, though I must admit that MMI was impressive in their teaching approach.

Finally, I enrolled my son in Lorna Whiston Pre-School, which is located in lush green surroundings @ 9 Winchester Road. They have a very limited number of students and staff to student ratio is 1:8. I liked the open play areas and the standards of English spoken by the teachers.

Thanks anyway! :D
