Cairo & Red Sea

Post by Girl_Next_Door » Wed, 24 Sep 2008 3:10 pm

Hi, I am looking for travel buddies who are keen to go to Cairo and dive in the Red Sea, next year over the Chinese New Year period.

I am looking for 1-2 people who are keen to travel together. The dates that I am looking at is to depart Sg on 22 Jan evening flights, returning on 30 Jan evening time. So far, I am only looking at flight tickets. The best flight option that I can find so far is via Ethihad, which cost $1539 ($1200 + $339) including taxes.

I do not have a definitive itininary (yet), but the general idea is to visit the pyramids, sphinx, giza, maybe take the Nile Cruise, and later, to fly to Sharm El-Sheikh, and dive in the Red Sea for maybe 2 days.

It is not necessary for us to do everything together, since different people obviously have different preferences. But, for some parts of the trip, I think we can do some stuff together, or have dinner together, etc. If you don't dive, you can visit the monastery of st catherine/Mt Sinie, or snorkel in the red sea, the choice is entirely up to you.

If this sound interesting to you, please PM me, or post here.
