buy yourself some trucker caps and wear it backwards, oversized teeshirt with some corny slogan (sex, anarchist or anti-establishment related), any bottoms of choice but baggy berms would be good and some sneakers. carry a messenger bag or haversack and walk with a slouch or swagger.

for girls, wear some dress that screams "i'm too cute!" and some precious looking maryjane shoes. and tie your hair with ribbons or some colourful accessories. clothes, the more frilly and colourful the better.

or you can simply do moderate exercise, drink more water, sleep sufficiently and eat a diet with healthy fat in it.

if you love to wear safe colours like black and white, splash it up with an item that's bold. safer way of doing that, a one colour item, like bright red shoes or lime green belt or a turquoise necklace. (for ladies)

for guys, mix in a little brighter colour too (coloured polo tees) and get better fitting clothes. note ur kids opinion. blue's not always the best colour.

colour makes anyone look better. that or being well groomed. so pluck your eyebrows, do your facials and moisturize your skin. applies for guys too.
