The amount I were charged wasn't correct! I ordered a regular pizza which should cost S$23, instead, they wrote S$30.50 (price of medium pizza). I have to disagree with your assumption. I have been ordering their pizza since the past and now, so I'm very sure of the prices. And no possible it can be for the increased to cover cost of their inflation and petrol."It would seem to me, that according to the receipt, the amount you were charged was correct. I am assuming that the price you felt you should have been charged, $25.50, was either the price you have paid in the past or was listed as that on your take away menu. Is it possible that they have increased their price to cover cost of inflation and petrol?"
Seriously, I am lazy to go all the way down to "discuss" with them. And like I said it's my brother who didn't check on the receipt. I called striaght after I found the prices stated wrongly. If you are as concern as you say you are, than you need to go to the address of the establishment (with your receipt and menu which you ordered from) and discuss this with them face to face.
I agree with QRM, this matter should have been discussed with the driver when he delivered. Didn't the person taking the order give you the total price on the phone when you ordered?
They took a month to call you back??? Oh well... at least you got justice. Cheers!typical_gal89 wrote:I'm glad after so long that I'd posted on the forum, the manager of the pizza company finally call us today. Well, I thought of writing more about this incident, but my bro tell me to cut the crap. So yup, glad they sent us back the money. =)
