Furnishing a small office

Hi Folks

I have taken a 300 sq feet bare office unit and need to furnish it for 2 people at a reasonable cost.

Can anybody recommend a person who can carpet the place at a reasonable cost ? And maybe a place to buy good quality reconditioned furniture. Or even new furniture so long as its not too expensive.

Check the paper for bankruptcy sales. pick up entire offices dirt cheap. Cash & carry.

Might be a lot of high-end stuff from the financial sector shortly.
