hi there, since you have waited so long.. why not wait abit more and save abit more to go to a more reputable doctor. Its for security and hey its your face we are talking about. I think having a 'budget' nose is not really an option.

However, if cost really as an issue, you can settle for cheap silicone job which will raise your nose.

Skin thickness is a major issure. They cannot just thin your skin but can remove underlying tissue and rearrange cartilage.

I think taiwan is a good place to do if your asian and korea too where beauty is really focused.
