Hmm..salary package in Malaysia about RM3K...in sg not so sure....i think the have some attendance bonus allowance...

Anyone went for last week Air Asia interview? how's the outcome?
I was down with flu so didnt managed to go for it...

i heard the interview rounds was abit weird, they were ask to do a cat walk in round 1 in front of the interviewer or somth -- some said its like they're doing it like some audition for the beauty pageant. - for a budget airlines? ugh no thanks for me.

like what i read on the article, plavt posted on sept 16,
its like budget airlines...
and they're like selling 7-eleven,

for air asia...
adds on hot girls for sales. (ohh i didn't mean it) *snicker

The reason behind the so call cat walk (just the name) is to check on your overall body posture just like when u wear ur kebaya and do a walk right to the interviewer to judge you..>Same concept different way...

from my knowledge, the basic salary for junior flight attendant is RM1000
the allowance, RM20/hr (<75hrs>75hrs), maximum RM500 on board sales commission.
