There is an increasing number of China service staff in Singapore.

Their service standard are okay but most of the times, they cannot speak proper English.

Do you encounter such problems here?

Yep, durain, I am just about fed up with his silly oneliners trying to flog his links as well. I already deleted the hair one as 2 links is in violation of board policy. A few more posts from him and I will determine him as a link spammer then bye-bye. :?
