Le Merritt vs Venezio Condon

Just moved to Singapore a couple of weeks ago and currently on search for new home. In our top selection is property "LE MERRITT" in Telok Kurau Rd area. Our second choice is VENEZIO on Upper East Coast road. Any comments on the condos and / or the neighborhood will be much appreciated. We are planning to stay 2 - 3 years and want to make sure we make the right choice. Many thanks![/b]

We viewed a 3 bed place at Venezio and quite liked it, good location, resonably sized, living area very small, only 2 years old.

Was just about to put offer on it but there was something not quite right, we then found out that the agent was also the owner so would have also have been our LL! Walked straight out of that one!

Thanks for the prompt reply. We've indeed liked the Venezio condo too. Very new, well maintained and the 3-bed unit in great condition and spacious compared to what we've seen so far. However, there is something we cannot put our finger on that puts us off.

Do you remember which apartment it was? Was it a fully furnished one?
