Cluster Homes

My wife and I are moving out from the US with two children (both under 4)
We have been looking at some cluster homes as an option (a bit more space with some social upside) and wondered if anyone knows the Teneriffe complex (location, facilities etc..)? any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
